Wide open. This wet drawing is the best appeal of this lens.

Films tend to be more contrasty than digital, and the shadow details are easily lost. Still this lens captures details from the highest light to the deepest shadow.

The wet aircraft looks bewitching in this picture.
The tendency of depiction is very similar to the ELMARIT-M f2.8/21mm ASPH. While the 21mm is razor-sharp, the 24mm maintains more than sufficient sharpness yet soft. And, like the 21mm, the tonality is very rich and has special moisture. Since this lens has an aura of glamour especially wide open, I just want to mount it on the body for no reason and then start finding the suitable subjects. If you shoot artifacts such as irons or glass, you can capture them with their presence thanks to its wet drawing. Also, because the tonality is rich, it will be a great portrait lens. Anyway, it’s an excellent lens.
