I shot right into the sun and overexposed to get the shadow details. Still, the quality is excellent. This is something that ordinary lenses cannot produce.

I shot wide open around the Focus distance, yet the field is deep. This lens has no rangefinder coupling, so I kept failing to focus until I got used to it.

There was no cloud in the blue sky and I underexposed a little, but look at this depth of color. Many ZM lenses don’t show this depth of color, but this one is different.

Pictures come out very nice in direct light as well. Corners are a little dull, but the center is perfectly sharp. Stopping down just one f-stop will sharpen the corners.

On the M8, it becomes 21mm and easier to handle. By the way, the M8 generates negative-film-like pictures, so I still have a fun using it.
